1st MAJOR MILESTONE 1995:
That was the year when Rajiv Kumar Luv came in contact with a great personality, Dr. N.H. Atthreya. He was a pioneer of 'Management' movement in India.

Dr. Atthreya's association has meant a lot to him, the role Dr. N. H. Atthreya played in his life was crucial and the turning point of his life. Because of Dr. Atthreya, Rajiv has excelled beyond his own dreams in work and life.

In the following years more stalwarts entered his life and shaped his career and life, most unforgettabole amongst them were: Prof. R.S.S. Mani, Dr. P.N. Singh, Joseph Raj, Pramod Palekar, Dr. D.J. Shah, Dr. Nikhil Zaveri of Semcom, Vincent D'Silva, Dr. Bharath Chandra, Khursheed Merchant and Prof. Y. K. Bhushan.

2nd MAJOR MILESTONE 1999:
Rajiv was appointed by Prof. Y. K. Bhushan Director General, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) as faculty on a regular basis to conduct Programme on "PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT."

This brought him in contact with superb young and not so young people from all walks of life, giving him an opportunity to make a difference in the quality of their lives, thereby enhancing the value of his own life in the process. He trains over 60 participants every month.
